Strengthening Families Program

.

The Strengthening Families Program is available to any interested family in Marquette County that has at least one child between the ages of 10 and 14. This program helps parents learn to effectively support, encourage and communicate with their children while at the same time preparing youth to resist peer pressure and make healthy choices in relation to alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs. The SFP is held over a period of seven weeks, with sessions being held one evening a week for two hours. A complimentary meal is offered before the program, and childcare is provided for children who aren't between the ages of 10 & 14.
