ANNOUNCEMENT
Child and Family Services of the Upper Peninsula is saddened to announce the passing of Board Member Vern Dahlquist. In honor of Mr. Dahlquist and his life long dedication to the welfare of children, the Vern Dahlquist Children's Leadership Fund is being established and will include an annual award presentation to an individual who has displayed outstanding leadership in service to children in need of care. Mr. Dahlquist was a very special man and we are privileged to honor his memory in this way.
