The Homeless Assistance Recovery Program (HARP)
is a federally funded permanent supportive housing program that provides rental assistance, case management, and supportive services to homeless individuals and families who meet the poverty guidelines and reside in Baraga, Houghton, Keweenaw or Menominee Counties.

Once individuals are in housing, Child and Family Services remains available to those individuals who need additional referrals and helps to identify any potential problems that may arise as a means of preventing eviction.
